The Deep Subconscious
Past Life Regression Therapy
Past life regression is a guided journey into the deep subconscious — the layer of the mind where images, stories and old patterns live below everyday thought. In a deeply relaxed state, you are guided gently backwards, and what surfaces is explored together, without hurry and without judgement.
What past life regression is
Past life regression is a guided therapy in which, from a state of deep relaxation, you are led gently backwards through memory and beneath it — into the subconscious layer of the mind where images and stories wait that everyday thinking never reaches. For some, what surfaces presents itself as scenes from another life. For others, it arrives as symbol, dream-logic, or emotion with a shape.
The regression itself does not require belief in reincarnation. It requires only willingness to relax, follow the guiding voice, and be curious about what the deep mind chooses to show.
Why people seek regression
- Recurring patterns — the same dynamic returning across relationships, work or family, resistant to ordinary explanation
- Unexplained pulls and fears — an affinity or aversion that has never had a story attached to it
- Grief and connection — a wish to understand a bond that feels older than its years
- Depth work — after tarot or rune readings have named a pattern, regression can follow it down to its root
- Curiosity — some come simply to see what the deep mind holds, and that is reason enough
What a session looks like
Regression is the longest and slowest session in the practice — allow up to two hours.
- Preparation. A thorough conversation: what draws you to the work, what you hope to meet, and what the journey will feel like from the inside.
- The descent. Resting comfortably, you are guided into deep relaxation and then gently backwards. Zeita’s voice stays with you throughout — you are never alone in the experience, and never beyond your own control.
- The exploration. What surfaces is explored with unhurried questions: where you find yourself, what is happening, what it has to do with the life you are living now.
- The return. You surface slowly, and the session closes with time to talk it through — what arose, what it means to you, and how to carry it in the days after.
After a regression
Material from the deep subconscious keeps unfolding after the session ends — in dreams, in small recognitions, in a pattern that quietly loses its grip. Clients often pair regression with Reiki healing in the following weeks to settle what was stirred, or return to tarot or runes to keep a conversation going with what they found.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I be hypnotised or lose control?
No. Regression uses deep relaxation and guided imagery, not stage hypnosis. You remain aware throughout, you can speak, pause or stop at any time, and you will remember the session afterwards.
Do I have to believe in past lives?
No. Some clients understand what surfaces literally, others as symbol and metaphor from the subconscious. Both are welcome — the material is worked with the same way, and the insight is real either way.
How long is a session?
Allow up to two hours. Regression cannot be rushed — the session includes preparation, the guided journey itself, and unhurried time to return and talk through what arose.
What if nothing comes up?
It happens, and it is fine. Some minds open on the first visit, others on the second. Even a "quiet" session tends to be deeply restful, and there is never pressure to produce an experience.
