The practice
Zeita’s practice in Johannesburg brings together the modalities she has trained in over many years: Reiki healing, chakra balancing and massage, color therapy, reflexology and zone therapy, and the intuitive arts of tarot, runes and past life regression.
Sessions are private, unhurried and by appointment only. Nothing about the practice is performative — no incense theatre, no scripted mysticism. What happens in a session is shaped by what you bring to it.

Philosophy
The work rests on a simple conviction: the body and its energy already know what they need — a practitioner’s job is to listen well enough to follow. That is why every session begins with conversation and ends with integration, and why Zeita will always recommend the simplest path rather than the longest programme.
Reiki and the other therapies practised here are complementary. They sit alongside conventional medical care, never in place of it, and Zeita will say so plainly whenever the distinction matters.
